Northwest Growth Centre

The Situation

There was a range of deep excavations of varying sizes that need shoring systems that complied with  Australian Standard AS 4744.1-2000 and edge protection that complied with  Australian Standard AS 4994.1-2009, for the installation of new infrastructure at the Northwest Growth Centre project

The Solution

We provided engineered shoring solutions and methodologies including detailed risk assessments, Shoring SWMS and trench safety presentations to ensure the contractors onsite used the applicable shoring solution for all service installation.

The Result

By consulting a specialised shoring provider the contractors onsite were able to carry out their works safely and economically. Shore Hire provided benefits to the contractors by meeting the OH&S requirements of the head contractor.
