Padstow

The Situation

Telecommunications workers at Padstow in Sydney required trench support to enable replacement of cables at a depth of 2.5m.

The Solution

Shore Hire selected its 4m trench box to fulfil the needs of the job. With a more than adequate 4m working width and the ability to support trenches up to any depth (within WLL limitations), the flexible 4m trench box was ideal for this job.

The Result

Shore Hire’s 4m trench box was the ideal solution, with its versatility and bottom strut clearance enabling more than sufficient internal working width and clear access to cables, as shown in the images provided. The 4m trench box was handled by a mid-range excavator with quick installation to the depth requirement.
