Variety – the children’s CHARITY

Variety supports children who are sick, experiencing disadvantage or living with a disability. Shore Hire has been a long-time supporter of Variety through their many fundraising events each year as well as through our official giving program in which a % of every single invoice goes straight to Variety. While we support Variety in various ways every year the official annual partnership with Variety and Shore Hire includes:

  • A portion of every single invoice goes directly to Variety
  • 2 x Spin 4 Kids events every year
  • Supporting the Variety ‘Christmas for all kids’ event
  • The annual Variety Adventure Ride

Shore Hire have been a long time supporter of the Cronulla Sharks Football Club and are an ongoing sponsor of the Academy and NRLW teams. Recently Shore Hire were given the opportunity to bring an iconic mural celebrating the Sharks 2016 Premiership back to life. We are incredibly honoured to present the new and improved ‘Up Up Cronulla’ Mural which brings to life one of the most iconic moments in Sharks and NRL history.

WOMEN IN SPORT

Shore Hire is proud to contribute to increasing participation and pathways for young women in sport through our sponsorship of both the Cronulla Shark’s Girls academy teams as well as the NRLW professional team. Shore Hire also supports individual athletes such as Australian Youth Olympian Snowboarder Sascha Elvy.

Creating pathways for women to play professional sports at the elite level increases participation and representation for women at all levels, and Shore Hire is very proud to be a part of this.
