Shore Hire is expanding, this week, launching a new Sunshine Coast arm with the opening of our Bells Creek facility in the Sunshine Coast Industrial Park (SCIP).

The Sunshine Coast Industrial Park is a great hive of activity at the moment, with a number of businesses, including Shore Hire building their new premises. “We see this as a significant growth opportunity for Shore Hire, deciding to set up within the SCIP given the future population growth potential in and around the area, right from the top of the Sunshine Coast back to Brisbane,” says Shore Hire managing director Luke Geelan.

Minister for State Development, Manufacturing, Planning and Infrastructure Cameron Dick visited this site this week. “The Sunshine Coast Industrial Park has been a shining star with almost one-third of sales activity in this estate, as well as attracting very strong interest from businesses for 2019”, says Minister Dick.

“Shore Hire is very much committed to creating local jobs within the community, looking to employ three local staff initially with a view to expanding to 10-15 staff in the coming years,” says Luke Geelan.
