The Shore 4.2m-35 Aluminium Trench Box provides the perfect balance of strength, toughness and light weight to allow smaller excavators to handle the really difficult pipeline projects.

With a 100mm wall thickness, the 4.2m-35 Aluminium Trench Box allows for narrower trenches in tight projects and means less bedding material is required whichconverts to real savings on most pipeline projects.
The Shore 4.2m-35 lower unit has a knife edge which gives the contractor choice of either the Dig & Place or Dig & Push installation method so whether the ground is solid clay or fine sand you have it covered. These trench boxes also have built in “toe out” to make your job even easier.
If you need extra depth, just use the 1.86m upper units as a top extension or it can also be used as a trench box as it has an under strut clearance of 860mm. The Shore 4.2m-35 Aluminium Trench Box is designed to be used to support trenches to any depth, provided the working load limit of 35KPa is not exceeded.
